Medium (Least Hot) This is the least spicy of the three. But it still has a little heat to it.

Original (Hotter than Medium) This is a slightly toned down version of the Hot. Still has some heat to it. Just not as much as the Hot. For a comparison - this is about the equivalent of ordering the "Hot" wings at a local wing place as far as spiciness.

Hot (Hottest) This is the hottest/spiciest of the three. If you are the type that loves heat - this is the spice for you. AND it still has the great Dad's Wings taste!

Our most popular is the medium (least hot). Though the original and hot are popular as well for those that like both heat and flavor. This dry rub is used for everything from mixing it in with mashed potatoes, to using it on shrimp and fish before grilling it. The uses are literally endless.
